I can send messages, but when I attempt to send an invite, it gets hung up in the Outbox with an error saying the smtp server can't be reached. Also, it appears he cannot send invites from his Outlook as well. I kind of thought it might be a version problem. Just so you know, I sent an invite from Office 365 Outlook to his Office 365 Outlook and it still failed. So somehow, when the POP3 account downloads the mail into his local PST, it's twisting it. Also, when his partner receives the invite in Outlook 2010, it works just fine (same invite, sent to them both). Yet, when we check his webmail he can do all of that (it's POP3 mail, so that doesn't help us). What happens is, when the person receives an invite, he get's a message full of information, such as:ĭelivered-To: (which isn't his email address which is weird on its own)Īnd a lot of other such details, but he cannot accept, decline or view the invitation at all. One of our brand new workstations, running Office 365 Outlook ha been failing to process meeting invites proerly.
